If the amount paid by you is higher than the final price, we will pay back your excess money, and if the final price of product is higher than what is paid, we will send you a payment link to complete the payment process.
Yes. There can be a slight difference, in the final product price and the amount you paid. This is because; in manufacturing process, there can be slight weight change. Therefore, we will calculate our final product price based on final gold weight, diamond weight, stone weight and gold price booked on the date of purchase and make the charges per the booking date.
The final product will be nearly the same as you desired. There can be minor changes in a design concerning the original design.

The date of delivery usually depends on the type of product & location of delivery chosen by you. Most of the products are usually readily available, and it normally takes 7 to 10 working days for delivering such jewellery pieces to you safely. In case of critical or exceptional circumstances, our team will notify you accordingly.
Your jewellery piece is shipped in a durable condition, and tamper-evidence packing is done so that the product remains intact. We provide complete insurance to your jewellery till it reaches you as we deliver the products to you through reputed courier facilities like Bluedart. We advise not to accept products that are tampered with.
If the product is not yet shipped, you can easily get the shipping address changed. In such cases, we will coordinate with our courier agencies to get it delivered to the latest address.
